HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are €3.95. But it can be free if you place an order over €24.95. We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

SHIPPING COSTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are €5.30 and from €34.95 the costs will be free.

DO WE SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA?

We do not ship to these territories but you can find our products on Amazon or on the Canarias Makeup website.

SHIPMENTS TO PORTUGAL

We do not ship to Portugal, the islands (nor Azores or Madeira) are not included.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Add products to the shopping cart, click the confirm button and review the basket. If everything is correct, proceed to payment and provide delivery information. Then the payment will be made. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you live on the Peninsula, you will receive your order in 48-72 business hours. While, if you expect to receive it in the Baleres Islands it will be 72 working hours.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON THE WEBSITE?

During the checkout process, you will find a section that allows you to enter discount coupons. The discount will be applied immediately to the order.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND CHANGED MY MIND

1. Use the order reference to identify your purchase. Let us know which reference(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return form.

3. Our team will take care of managing the collection of the package and/or the replacement of the incorrect item with the correct one.

4. In the event that you wish to return an item received in error and it is not replaced. Upon receipt of the merchandise, our team will process the refund of the return. We will try to return the amount by the same means you paid for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will proceed to make a bank transfer.
