HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping Costs to the Balearic Islands
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are €5.30. Orders over €34.95 qualify for free shipping.
DO WE SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA?
We do not ship to these territories, but you can find our products on Amazon or the Canarias Makeup website (IROHA NATURE (canariasmakeup.com))
SHIPPING TO PORTUGAL
We do not ship to Portugal, including the islands (Azores and Madeira).
WHAT DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Add products to your shopping cart, click the confirm button, and review the basket. If everything is correct, proceed to payment and provide delivery details. The payment will then be processed. When you place your order, you will receive an email at the address you provided with tracking information. For any questions, you can email shop@www.irohanature.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you live on the mainland, you will receive your order within 48-72 working hours. For the Balearic Islands, delivery will take 72 working hours.

Use the order reference to identify your purchase. Inform us of the reference(s) you wish to return. We will send you a return form.

Prepare your return. Include our return form in the package and send it to Sensalia SL, Attn: Iroha Nature Returns Office, Ctra. Vallveric 85, 2-3, 08304 Mataró (Barcelona).
